You'll receive workouts, nutrition advice, and ongoing support through apps, emails and video calls. Unlike a traditional coach or personal trainer, online coaching allows you to train at your convenience wherever you are in the world, whilst benefiting from expert guidance and accountability every step of the way.

How can online coaching help me prepare for a 5K run?We can help you prepare for a 5K run by providing a training plan tailored specifically for your requirements. Once your coach has assessed your current fitness level and technique, you'll work together to set realistic goals, and create a progressive training and fitness plan designed to improve your endurance, speed, and overall fitness to get you ready for race day. You'll receive tips on running techniques, pacing strategies, and race day preparations including fuelling to ensure you are confident and well-prepared. If you are training for a longer distance, our coaches can help, too. We help runners improve and prepare for 10K, half and full marathons, and even ultra events.

Will online coaching help me lose weight?If your goal is to lose weight, yes. Your coach will design a comprehensive program that includes personalised workouts and tailored nutrition advice that help you to achieve your goals. By creating a balanced plan that incorporates regular runs, workouts, healthy eating habits, you can achieve sustainable weight loss. Your coach will be there with you every step of the way to provide ongoing motivation and accountability to help you stay on track and reach your target weight. If you do not want to lose weight but you want to get fitter or race-ready, we can create a program specifically for that, too.

Do I need any special equipment to join?No you don't! The great thing about our running plans is that you don't need any special equipment or expensive memberships to start seeing results. Running shoes and comfortable workout attire is all you need to get start, allowing you to train anyplace at anytime. Having a fitness tracker is a plus as it allows your coach to access in-depth and up-to-date information about your progress, but even if you don't, your coach will design a plan based on the resources available to you.

How do I stay motivated with online coaching?Staying motivated is easy thanks to weekly video check-in calls, messages and emails, progress tracking, and continuous support from your coach. You'll receive personalised feedback, encouragement, and adjustments to your training plan to keep things challenging and engaging.

What if I have an injury or specific health condition?If you have an injury or a specific health condition, it's crucial to inform your coach before starting your training program. We offer training that is inclusive for all, and we are experienced in creating safe and effective workout plans that accommodate various health conditions and limitations. We can provide modifications and alternative exercises to ensure you can train safely whilst working towards your fitness goals.
